The team at Co-operative Funeral Care, Knaresborough Road, Harrogate HG2 7LY looked after the recent funeral arrangements for my mother with professionalism, compassion and respect. Jo Bower kept us informed throughout the proceedings. Her friendly outgoing personality made a very difficult time so much more bearable. Jo is a credit to your company. I think the gentleman who took care of Direct Cremation and casket arrangements is Mark. He showed the same levels of excellent customer service as Jo. My sister and I want to praise and thank them both. I will recommend Co-operative Funeral Care to family and friends when the need for funeral arrangements is required.

At a time when we were heartbroken and lost, the Co-op Funeralcare in Harrogate took care of everything, seamlessly, unobtrusively and with respect. We were kept up to date with everything, every step of the way, from bringing Mum back to Harrogate to the final journey to the crematorium. We were treated with kindness, compassion and dignity throughout and are very grateful,  especially to Mark who dealt with everything,

From start to finish, Mark and his team were exceptionally professional, caring and sensitive to all of our families needs during the whole funeral process.
Our celebration of life day was very personal to my late father and all involved, and we were accommodated every step of the way.

Everything about Chris's funeral was eccellent. From the first contact with Mark to discuss the funeral. Contact re order of service and the photographs on loop to the day its self. The way the poll bearers conducted themselves was excellent allowing the funeral to run very smothly. Excellent all round. Everyone said it was a beautiful occasion, thank you.
