After losing dad very suddenly, and living so far away the team at Guisborough, were very thoughtful, helpful and kind. They kept me informed at every stage and were always just a phone call away when organising his funeral.

When caring for mum, nothing was too much trouble, she was treated with dignity and respect from the moment she was received into their care.

The team were lovely from start to finish, really caring and compassionate, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Dads' goodbyes were just what he wanted; nothing was too much trouble, it was lovely for Julie to walk my dad on the morning of his funeral along the busy road where we live, we weren't expecting that and it just so respectful and genuine.
Julie, Marie and the rest of the staff put our minds at rest that dad was being well looked after whilst he was with them, we knew that they were only a phone call away if we needed anything.
I was worried that dad may have been made up too much when we went to visit him resting, but he wasn't, he looked natural and himself which was very comforting.
I would recommend this team to anyone 5*

Excellent service, from the beginning to the end. Every request made to Racheal and Marie At Guisborough branch of the Co op funeral service was actioned with due care and attention to detail. This our 3 time of using Guisborough, nothing has change.
