Personal attention to detail and engagement with family was absolutely phenomenal, close interaction with family members was most appreciated, empathy and understanding of their role in the final of our mum's life ensured that all her wishes were met , from Alison in the office, to Aidan and the chauffeurs an excellent service at all times

Lynn was extremely helpful, guided me in all that was required while remaining professional throughout.
Lynn explained that her colleague would be with me on the day of the funeral.

Ian called to introduce himself and to check I was happy with the arrangements. He also asked if I had any questions.

I'd definitely recommend the Co-op Funeral Care. Due to the care shown to me, I've since taken out co-op membership for both myself and my husband with a view to arranging our own funeral plans with you.
