Steven and Anne were very professional and helpful from the first phone call to the end of the service.
Having chosen an essential cremation, I had a nagging doubt that perhaps it may have looked 'cheap' but Mum's casket was beautiful, brought to the cremation in a 'proper' hearse and she was treated with dignity and respect on her final journey.
A big thanks to all at Kilsyth Co-op Funeralcare for their support at such a sad time.
