Ann at Kilsyth was extremely helpful and patient. Having never organised a funeral before she kept us right every step of the way. Stephen on the day and also via a phone call the night before was lovely and very reassuring. In difficult circumstances they are both excellent , couldn’t ask any more of them.

From start to finish, Veronica and the team were fantastic. Coming off annual leave to meet with us, then going above & beyond to ensure my dad had a perfect send-off. He was prepared perfectly in the funeral parlour for us to visit and looked so peaceful.
They made a very sad & difficult time much more bearable with their warmth and compassion.
Veronica & co also helped us put together my mum's funeral 11 years ago with equal professionalism and care.. so it was a no-brainer for us to use their services once again for our dad.
I would highly recommend Co-op Funeral Care to anyone.

From start to finish each and every member of staff couldn't have been more helpful caring and professional. As this being the first funeral I have arranged they guided me the whole way. The respect shown towards my aunt Christine my niece, nephew and myself was second to none. There was no request by us that was not made possible. From the moment i made the call to the funeral home announcing my aunts death to the burial they were by my side guiding me the whole way. My family has always used the co-op funeral parlor but as my 1st time arranging a funeral I now see why they always use and recommend the Kilsyth co-op funeral parlor. I'd like to thank all staff for their care respect and guidance

I cannot praise more highly the whole team at Co-op Funeralcare, Kilsyth for the care and attention they provided during  the organisation and delivery of my father’s funeral. They were caring, considerate and totally professional and efficient in every aspect of the service provided and I would not hesitate to use them again.  They made a very difficult task so much easier and smoother than I thought possible.  My heartfelt thanks to them all.

The service Stephen, Ann and the rest of the staff at Kilsyth Funeral Coop Funeral Care provided was more than excellent it was outstanding. The empathy they showed to my Aunt and my family as a whole was second to none and I am grateful for everything they did as they took so much stress away from a difficult time to make my uncle Johns funeral go as smooth as we wanted it to be. From opening my aunts funeral plan to laying her to rest, Kilsyth Co-op staff were very supportive. Their care and attention to detail was impeccable. We dealt mainly with Veronica and Ann but the other staff cannot be left out. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing funeral services. I could not have wished for a better service from the Co-op. Arrangements were made quickly, they were flexible with any changes and on the day of the funeral everything was very dignified and went smoothly. Many people commented on the quality of the flowers. They really took all the worry away from me. Staff on the phone and in person were very sympathetic and efficient. I wanted a tailored but simple funeral for my dad and all my needs were met, and, even allowing for the fact that the funeral was low on frills as I had wanted, the cost seemed very fair and probably less than I had expected. If my experience is typical I would say anyone can use the Co-op's service with confidence
