The service we have received right from the start has been excellent. My Father wanted a cremation without the funeral part, etc., which is quite different in arrangement. We were supported throughout with great communication right along the way and really felt we were given personal treatment from all the staff, especially from Ann. We are truly grateful to the Airdrie Co-Op for taking care of Dad.

Fraser & Ann could not have been any more caring & supportive during such a sad & difficult time. They guided me through the funeral arrangements with sensitivity at every stage. Fraser telephoned me on a regular basis to update me on how the funeral arrangements were progressing & reassured me that my dad was being well looked after, those phone calls & reassurances brought me a lot of comfort.
The funeral was exactly what my dad wanted.
The care and compassion I received was outstanding. I felt confident that my dad was being taken care of and that the funeral would go well.

From the very beginning of my dealings with the Co-op funeral parlour in Airdrie, I was treated with kindness, compassion and the utmost professionalism. I was kept informed at every step and was given every opportunity to be involved. Nothing was a problem and Fraser and Anne, the Director and Manager, were always available if needed. My mum's funeral was carried out with a very personal touch, and l cannot thank them enough for their care and attention. It was second to none. I cannot thank everyone involved enough for their wonderful support.

Arranging the funeral was made easier with the help and guidance of Anne and Fraser. On the day of the funeral Robert was the funeral director and he couldn’t have been more pleasant, helpful and made sure we understood what was happening where we had to go and what would happen next.
