Nanette was very professional throughout always keeping us updated and could call her anytime we needed to ask questions.She was supportive to us when we made our first visit as we had never arranged a funeral always asked how we were coping when we went to visit.

The service we received for my dads funeral was caring and compassionate, everything was explained in great detail to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it . Heather and Nanette were an absolute rock to the family at such a difficult time. They kept in touch from start to finish and made sure every aspect of Dad's funeral was attended to. Drew walked Dad out from home on the day and his team were so attentive. So glad Mum & Dad had taken a Funeral Plan in the past as it made the final arrangements very straightforward. The undertakers who came to collect my dads body in my opinion had no compassion whatsoever. When viewing my dad in the parlour there was a razor guard left in the coffin. The most alarming thing for me was my dads nose was bent to the one side? The girls I dealt with were very helpful and an asset to the company. I would appreciate an explanation re the above.
