I was very impressed with all the staff, especially Ian Conway, he kept me right with what to do to speed things up, as my Aunt had passed away on the 12th Dec & we had a slot at the Clyde Coast Crematorium on the 20th Dec, which we made, I was relieved as I didn’t want to wait until after Xmas.

    The service  from this funeral company really couldn’t get any better…from start to finish they are ALWAYS available to help in whatever way they can even situation’s that are out with their services…we have used this company 3 times now over the past few years and will continue to do so if needed in the future…each and every member of staff , especially Iain are so caring and compassionate and I would just like to say a massive THANK YOU for making a devastating situation that little bit easier to arrange.

    From the minute we walked in the door, we were given the most respectful care from Iain Conway. Iain guided us through the whole process with compassion at a very difficult time, & his service to us was excellent. We couldn’t  ask for a better send off for our beloved Dad!

    Was so glad I chose Co op funeral care in Irvine for my mum’s funeral. Iain Conway made everything so easy - such a friendly and highly experienced guy who kept me right every step of the way. Made the whole process as easy as it could be. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
