From the first visit at home with Drew Millar to the final goodbye we were very well looked after, communication was outstanding, also receiving a follow-up phone call a few days after the funeral was a lovely touch, especially at this difficult time. From the minute the coop were informed of our bereavement they took me step by step through the process. After an initial face to face meeting I was kept updated by phone .Ian guided me professionally and compassionately all the way suggesting things I hadn’t thought  of to give my brother in law the send off he deserved. Even on the morning of the funeral I was faced by a slight hitch at the care home but luckily the funeral cars had arrived and Ian was able to calm me down before things became a problem. Everyone at Irvine Cooperative funeral care couldn’t have been more helpful. I received a first class service. Thank you.
