Cannot thank Co Op Funeralcare enough. They were fantastic with their service,communication and seeing to our needs. Karen who led the funeral was outstanding and professional. She attended to my Uncle when he took unwell after the service too. Carol who planned it all was attentive and listened to all of our requests, no matter how strange. She planned everything perfectly for us and her communication was excellent.

Iain at Co-operative Funeral Care was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process of organising dad's funeral, which I really wasn't looking forward to. Iain put us at ease and ensured that dad's wishes were taken into account as well as our own. He kept in touch throughout, even checking that we had the right versions of music for the service.
I am very grateful to Iain for his time, patience and expertise which meant that dad had the service he deserved.
