A thoughtful, and caring team that delivered an efficient and service. They dealt with all aspects with respect from the collection of our husband/father from our home, to walking through the process, the details for the service and the collection of the ashes.
The service was faultless and we are extremely pleased we selected Rosedale.

Rosedale staff member Emma was compassionate helped us a great deal making something difficult, manageable, n on the day of the funeral the men were also compassionate all in all the funeral had the respect and sensitivity making a really bad day more manageable. I would certainly be recommending your service to someone who was looking for a funeral director

They were helpful and respectful of the wishes of the family . 
They offered a friendly but professional service , they were attentive and were able to deal with any questions I had .

The team made everything so easy and were so helpful and respectful on the day. The service went seamlessly thanks to the celebrant Julie, who was amazing and delivered a service that was perfect.

Rosedale did an amazing job handling Mums funeral.
A special thank you to Simon for his guidance throughout, and Abby in the office for her efficiency in answering our many calls and questions. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel special and valued. It made a difficult time that much easier and ensured our mother had a funeral as individual, unique and special as the was.   
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having never had to arrange a funeral before I was incredibly grateful for the help and patience shown by Paul and Abby-Leigh during a very difficult time.They answered all my questions and ensured that my sons were able to give their father a wonderful send off with a service that included everything that meant a lot to him, and to them. They took care of everything we needed, including arranging flowers and putting us in touch with a fantastic celebrant, Sue. I couldn't have asked for more, and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Rosedale were most helpful in organising my dear wife's funeral, with nothing too much trouble. In only one respect did they let us down: my wife's makeup. The lipstick they used was far too bright; she never wore bright lipstick. A little eyeshadow would also have helped. If her makeup had been correct and as I requested, I would certainly have awarded five stars.

Rosedale Funeral Home, (Wymondham), were everything we needed following Sue's very sudden and unexpected death.  They dealt with everything that was thrown at them in a professional and caring way and I cannot think of anything that could have been done better or differently.  Rosedale also recommended the celebrant and again her understanding and attention to detail were faultless.
All in all, what could have been a truly awful day actually turned into a real celebration of Sue's life.  A huge thanks to all at Rosedale Funeral Home from the Jolly's.
