Very pleased with the service offered. They certainly took the pain out of a very difficult day. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would have found it difficult arranging everything at such a traumatic time, but they organised everything from flowers, order of service booklets and music.

From the 1st time we met Mark, he put us at ease and explained everything and did everything at my pace. He gave advice and listened which was lovely, and I love the thought of what he does on the day of the funeral. 
I felt totally at ease with everything, which was a relief to me as I knew we were in good hands. 
Mark talked through each step of the final journey and on the day I couldn’t have asked for a better day. Everything ran so smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about anything.

We were extremely impressed with the service provided by R J Bartram, both to us the family and with their care of our late father.
Mark's help and support was brilliant, listening to what we wanted and offering suggestions when we were unsure.
They checked in with us every few days and nothing was too much trouble. Their attention to detail meant that everything went really smoothly and in fact exceeded our expectations.
We would not hesitate to recommend them.
