The arrangement of our mother's funeral was handled both attentively and patiently by Lorraine. We were allowed plenty of time during our appointment to consider the various options for each aspect of the funeral after she had carefully explained them to us. Great care was also taken over our mother's appearance while she lay in the Chapel of Rest.

On the day of the funeral itself, Mark and his team ensured the whole procedure ran smoothly and their communication with us was both lucid and sensitive.

From the word go they were so kind and supportive and very special thanks go to Lorraine, Clover and Mark for keeping in regular contact and making the process so much easier at a difficult time. I am very grateful to the team at Wymondham. They are all extremely professional, respectful, courteous and really do care about the deceased and their family. When I attended initially, I spoke with Lorraine, she explained every step very clearly in a very caring manner and made me feel instantly at ease.  Throughout the arrangements being made she made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. When it came to deciding the order of service I must have changed my mind several times. Lorraine was really patient and unfazed despite tight deadlines.I was always made to feel welcome there whatever the query or question. I briefly met Clover and she was also very friendly. I was impressed that when I phoned up and Lorraine was not present both Clover and Mark knew what was happening  with the process and were able to assist me.  When Mark arrived at my house with my loved one, he took care of me and was so very respectful towards my Deceased love one Graham. Upon arrival at the crematorium he explained everything that would happen and stood close by during and after the service. I felt very reassured and cared for. After the service I have attended to sort remaining queries and Lorraine and the team were just as friendly and helpful. Although I would not wish it, I would not hesitate to entrust my loved ones to their care again should ever the need arise. They are all very professional, respectful, caring and efficient. I think of them as friends. I cannot thank them all enough. They made what was a sad process very easy. Lovely people.

All the staff were kind and considerate. Mark gave excellent guidance at the service and Lorraine was always at the end of the phone to help and support. Chloe was also very gentle and helpful in Lorraine's place.
