The need to contact a funeral service is usually at a time of great emotion.  I contacted Wroxham Funeralcare and was soon put at ease.  Their kind service was very reassuring and they guided my wife and I through the entire process.  They were able to suggest many lovely things for the service, which was well received by members of the family at mothers funeral.  Their support during this difficult time was very much appreciated. I would like to thank all the team for their help and understanding.

Wroxham Funeralcare were exemplary in all matters to do with Dads funeral. The office staff friendly but efficient, the bearers respectful, helpful and warm, and Geoff the Funeral Director, was a lovely warm and caring man who talked us through every step of the day, no hurry, thank you for making a sad day, bearable.

I felt that the funeral packages offered by co-op were very restrictive. It is quite obvious that they are designed to force families to select the more expensive packages in order to obtain what is generally considered standard when organising a funeral, for example, a hearse! You would have lost my custom based on this if it wasn't for your incredible staff within the office. I was touched by how considerate they were. All those involved in organising the funeral were wonderful, as were the bearers on the day who did a fantastic job.

I was disappointed to receive phone calls from co-op legal services very soon after starting funeral arrangements. I found this insensitive because the legalities and admin side of my fathers death were not something I wanted to be reminded of whilst trying to arrange the funeral. Luckily you have some incredible people working for you in the office, behind the scenes and at the actual funeral. I hope Co-op as a company appreciates these members of staff.

Jeff,Jenny,Nicky and team were excellent and couldn’t of done more for us, nothing was too much trouble and was done at our pace.
The only complaint  I have is being pestered by the legal team before my dad was laid to rest, I found this a little upsetting.
