Tony provided an excellent service when I was organising Mum’s funeral. He was professional, polite and compassionate. Tony rang a few times to check how I was and he was equally supportive to my siblings when they rang him.
Tracy was amazing on the day of the funeral and she was very supportive and helpful, guiding me compassionately through the funeral. She made the day much easier for me.

From the first phone call to meeting at funeral home things were so professional .At a very difficult time you are made to feel at ease.They listen and adivce to all your request. could honestly say my late husband was treated with so much respect.Nothing is to much trouble. Everybody i spoke to at thunderlane funeral home were so kind and thanks to them all i was able to say googbye to my husband just how he would have wanted.thankyou all you should be proud of what you do.

Thorpe.st.andrews funeral care were first rate. They did everything and more for me. I could call them anytime for help. They even called me to see how i was coping. They were allways there for me.

They offered support when i needed it most. They were kind and friendly as if we had known each other for years. Cannot thank all staff enough.

Tony took great care of everything for our lovely mum, he made everything very easy & was always there for us. Absolute attention to detail in every respect and we were able to say goodbye to mum exactly as we wished. Big thank you to Tony. On the day Howard made sure everyone was comfortable with what they were doing & made sure we were supported however that might be needed. The whole funeral service was first class and we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks again Vic & Sally

Tony made every effort to ensure this difficult process was made easier and stress-free for us. His calm, kind nature put us at ease and filled us with confidence that we had Adam and our family in the right hands .
Tracey was also super-supportive on the day of Adam's service.
