Shayne and his team provided such a loving and personal service. It was a great mix of respect and lightness that made a difficult job much easier.

Shayne had previously supported us with my dad's funeral in 2019. I remember making appointments with two funeral directors but, once we had met Shayne, we immediately cancelled the other appointment as we knew we were in the right place. Our experiences from that point continued to reassure us that we made the right decision.

For what is obviously a terribly difficult event for all involved Shayne and his team did all they could to make it as comfortable and special as it could be.
