Shayne and his team were absolutely outstanding at our time of loss. Kind empathetic and courteous toward us as a grieving family. Every detail was thought about and every wish was met for mums funeral. We as a family can not thank them enough. The funeral was a beautiful tribute for my mum just how we wanted it .

Recently losing our Son was the hardest thing We have ever had to face. Shayne ,his family and staff have been outstanding during this stressful time. Shayne was brilliant. From our initial meeting to plan Lesley's funeral, he listened and guided my family through the process. Nothing was too much trouble and he helped us put a wonderful order of service and photo tribute together and was a great support on the day. Shayne and his team contributed to a beautiful send off for Lesley. We as a family are so grateful. Thank you.

From when Toni made the appointment to start to organise her funeral we were greeted with the most caring and professionalism. Shayne was also so accommodating with someone so young organising their own funeral giving advice and listening to all requirements. Even to the point of walking infront of the hearse carrying a glass of chardonnay and blocking traffic on Waterloo Road.

Shayne & his team are exceptional.  My late mother had a funeral plan with Shayne which was very helpful but all her wishes on her plan were put into action by Shayne.  Himself and his team were caring, helpful and treated my late mother with the utmost dignity and respect as well as ourselves, her grieving family.  He guided us through everything and no request was too much trouble.  Shayne, we can’t thank you or your team enough.  Take pride knowing that you are all exceptional at what you do.
