Alex was the person who arranged everything for us. He was compassionate, professional and very pleasant. We have nothing but praise for his attention.
Special mention must be given to the staff who prepared my aunt for viewing. I had taken in clothes for Iris to wear but also some coloured mousse for her hair.
The effect was marvellous - she looked younger and her hair was auburn rather than the grey it had become during her illness. She looked peaceful with no pain.
Thank you so much for your efforts to allow me to see my aunt the way I remember her.
You have always attended to my family's funerals and I have no hesitation in recommending you to friends.
Alex was on leave for a few days, during which time his colleagues dealt with us in the same professional manner.

I dealt with Deborah, Jo, James and Alex who were all absolutely wonderful. It didn’t matter which one I dealt with, they were all supportive, helpful and caring.  They certainly made this difficult time easier for me and my family.  Nothing was too much trouble.  On the day of my nanny’s service, Alex was so kind and all the pallbearers helped me take my nanny on her final journey. Our parents had taken out a  funeral plan …  
All the staff at Peter Taylor were attentive and supportive and respectful .
Nothing was too much trouble  and they explained the process at each stage and allowed us time to process the information .. 
we didn’t feel at any time that we were on our own , they advised and directed us to where we needed to go ..
On the day of the funeral they explained the whole process again and allowed us time to pay our respects ..
Fantastic service .. very personal .
