We were looked after admirably from our first contact with James , funeral director from Unthank Road Norwich.My daughter and I were helped and consulted regularly the whole way through from my brothers death to the actual cremation. I am elderly so all electronic dealings were done with my daughter very successfully. I am very satisfied.

Only complaint was name of my husband as I did tell you he was always known as Basil and not Fred so some of mourners thought they had come to wrong funeral

Funeral director James Myers and his team at Peter Taylor Funeralcare, Unthank Road, Norwich dealt with my wife's burial most efficiently and with compassion throughout. The professionalism of all his staff made what could have been a very difficult day much more bearable. An added bonus was the excellent tribute page they helped me set up, which attracted many comments, photographs and donations in excess of £3000 for my late wife's favourite charities. Thank you so much, and well done all round.

Kind and considerate nothing was to much trouble. Josie was always on hand with ideas and guidance and kept my Mother and I fully appraised of progress.

Everything went as exactly as planned even down to small details.

Could not have asked for more at such a difficult and sad time.

very professional and thoughtful throughout the process. the recommended celebrant was also excellent.  we have not had to worry about any of the arrangements  for my Mum's funeral.  Peter Taylor' s Funeral care also took care of my fathers funeral 4 years previously which gave us confidence that my mothers funeral would take place with out any problems.

Very pleased with the support and care from the staff at Peter Taylor through what is a terribly difficult time. 

From start, to the actual day and post care the service has been very good.  

The car was spotless, the staff very respectful and well turned out and guidance navigating the funeral and paperwork has been first class.
