From start to the last minute James made this very difficult journey as comfortable as possible. The team were well organised, empathetic and totally present at all times. They made the complicated process easy to follow and understand and followed up appropriately and regularly. Advice and answers were always promptly available. We would highly recommend.

From my initial telephone call to the day of the funeral I was impressed with the professional, friendly and efficient service I received from James and Louise.
James with his professsional expertise guided me through the funeral process and helped me arrange the perfect funeral for my mother. I was relieved and appreciative that he was able to help with all aspects of arranging the funeral and I knew Mum was in safe and respectful hands.
James and Louise kept in regular contact and were happy to answer any questions, this was reassurng at a time when thinking clearly is not always easy.
On the day of ther funeral James made a difficult time less stressful by ensuring everything went so smoothly. I could not have asked for more .

Louise, James and the other staff were sympathetic and professional from the 1st phone call to closing of the event. This is the second time we have used Gordon Rooney because of their personal touch. Izzy Rider the celebrant was also outstanding with her service.
