Tracey and Debbie at the Aylsham office were extremely kind but efficient.  They led us through all the arrangements with great care and understanding.  My Mother’s funeral service went very smoothly and was exactly what we had wished for.

Ducker's service was exceptional , nothing was neglected, even down to thoughtful phone calls during the whole process. Both Deborah and Tracy had a wonderful balance of being professional and also caring. I would definitely return should I need funeral care again.

Every ascept of Robert's funeral was handled with dignity, respect and care. At a time when relatives were feeling bewildered and bereft, we felt we were taken under a caring wing. At what is a very stressful and emotional time Duckers took charge arranging everything but ensuring the family were consulted and involved at every step.
