In the current climate of covid the staff have been amazingly helpful, friendly, respectful, in the safest way possible for all . We first used them back in 2001 and found they still provide outstanding professional service. As a family we would have no hesitation to recommend there services .

You can choose from a range of coffins, including traditional hardwood, cardboard, wicker and bespoke designs. Thornalley Funeral Services has its own fleet of limousines, which each have room for seven passengers.
Thornalley Funeral Services is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a 24-hour service. If you wish to, you can arrange to view your loved one in a peaceful chapel of rest that will be set aside for your use, making sure that you can say goodbye in private.

Right from the start, Thornalley staff were so comforting and kind as they talked through the arrangements with us. The place of rest
in the funeral parlour where we said goodbye to our loved one was peaceful, soothing and calm. We thought that Ray Thornalley truly went the extra mile to give our husband / Dad a beautiful and dignified ceremony. Nothing was too much trouble. The funeral cortege looked stately as it proceeded down our road.

Thornalley recently arranged my husband's funeral and i have to say their services were outstanding. The staff were very friendly, caring, professional and compassionate to the entire family and making sure we are ok. My husband had a beautiful send off. Amazing job excellent service from start to end. Friendly welcoming staff nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explain clearly to us. Ray rang several times to check we was all ok and kepted us updated on the funeral arrangements and made everything so relaxed and simple. Thank you all x

Every detail was attended to with the utmost dignity and respect. All the staff made me feel at ease, during what must be the worst time in anyone's life.
Jean looked absolutely beautiful whilst in The Chapel of Rest.
The attended cremation at Breckland Crematorium was a private ending, which is exactly what we wanted.
The spray of orchids by Bridgets Flowers completed Jean's 'Goodbye' to all who loved her. 💖💔💘💕
