From the moment we first contacted Thornalleys, our family was treated with great care and respect. Our thoughts and my Dad's wishes were listened to, and were brought together to ensure his service would be the wonderful celebration of his life that we had hoped for. Advice on aspects we were unsure of was clear and helpful, and communications were excellent throughout the whole process.
Visiting my Dad in the chapel of rest gave us time with him before his service, and this was made so much easier knowing and seeing the great care and dignity with which he was treated.
We can't thank the team at Thornalley's enough for making a very difficult time a little easier.

Thornalley Funeral Services has its own fleet of limousines, which each have room for seven passengers.
Thornalley Funeral Services is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a 24-hour service. If you wish to, you can arrange to view your loved one in a peaceful chapel of rest that will be set aside for your use, making sure that you can say goodbye in private.

Ray, Andrew, Tracey and all the staff at Thornalley’s made our lives a little easier at a very difficult and emotional time, through their kindness, support and professionalism.
They immediately put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble.

No one wants to skimp on a funeral, but in the world we live in- you have to be honest and live to your means.

My father passed away at home and Thornalleys dealt with everything in a thoroughly professional and compassionate way throughout. This helped make the whole process so much easier for the family to deal with. In particular, I would like to mention Traci who dealt with me personally and for whom nothing was too difficult to deal with and Andrew who made several comforting calls and ensured everything went to plan on the day of the funeral.
