From the first contact with Thornalley our family received all the advice and guidance needed to plan for the funeral day.

The help given to us planning the order of service, arranging flowers on the day, printing and layout of service sheets and arrangement of times and family to be
taken to church was greatly appreciated.

A very professional but personal business. Nothing is too much trouble with the attention to detail exceptional. A very personal touch is important and being kept up to date at every stage. From the moment we first contacted Thornalleys, our family was treated with great care and respect. Our thoughts and my Dad's wishes were listened to, and were brought together to ensure his service would be the wonderful celebration of his life that we had hoped for. Advice on aspects we were unsure of was clear and helpful, and communications were excellent throughout the whole process.
Visiting my Dad in the chapel of rest gave us time with him before his service, and this was made so much easier knowing and seeing the great care and dignity with which he was treated.
