They are to be congratulated for their ability to put clients at their ease but, at the same time, to organise a respectful funeral with great attention to detail.

I would like to thank Andrew and his colleagues at Thornalley for their support, kindness and compassion at what has been an emotional time for myself and my family after the devastating lose of my Husband. Thornalley did an amazing job looking after my Husband and nothing seemed like too much trouble if myself or my family needed support.
On the day of the funeral, Andrew and his team were very professional and helped us say goodbye with a lovely service they helped us plan.
