There's professional and there's vocational . Stacey and the whole A.J.Coggles team. Not forgetting to mention Stanton and the March crematorium. We needed a Saturday funeral......no problem.
We lost our mother last April. Stacey was present at both funerals. Great appreciation also to Ferne, the lovely celebrant.
All the people above showed genuine love and empathy.
It's not just about professionalism, it's just who they are.

Quite honestly the best company in West Norfolk, all staff went above and beyond to provide the most comforting experience during this devastating time. Staff that could manage to put a smile on your face when all you've done is cry. Greatful doesn't even cover it, nobody could have made this experience more comforting, of ease and beautiful. Our Pauline had the gorgeous celebration she deserved and we had the most amazing group of people to lean on during the process. Pauline was in the safest hands, it's hard to trust someone to take care of somebody so special at a time like this. I would trust them time and time again. We can't thank you all enough. From the very start, the gentleman who arrived to collect my dad were brilliant. Compassionate and supportive. Then Stacey at the Downham Market Branch, she was just amazing. Supportive, caring, went out of her way to make sure dad’s wishes became a reality. 
Advice was given throughout and nothing was pushed onto us. If it wasn’t for Stacey I do not think we could have managed to organise a beautiful special day for dad.

Sadly both my husband and my youngest son have died recently. In both cases Coggles have put me at ease and treated me as a friend rather than a customer, I cannot fault their professionalism and care.
