Rosedale in Diss organised my late wife’s funeral and thanksgiving services with compassion and efficiency. Their undertaker Christian took great care to ensure my and my family’s requests were fully taken on board and the whole day was just as I hoped.

What can I say , Richard and his colleagues went above and beyond to give my father a good send off . Professional and very caring, Richard was very respectful of our wishes and everything went off with no problems at all .Andrew Fairweather Funeral celebrant was caring and helpful to make sure that Dads funeral was a great celebration of his life .

Richard a long with his team & Andrew the Celebrant made a very difficult time for myself & my family much easier than we could of anticipated . We found Richard to be very compassionate & understanding . Although my mum was 100 years old and she had a good life , she is still your mum .

Richard guided me throughout the whole process of arranging my Dads funeral, he was very respectful and compassionate and always on hand for guidance. He had a very calming and relaxing manner which made me feel totally at ease through which was a very difficult time. Richard and the wider team at Rosedale made the whole process as stress free as possible. I did not feel any pressure to commit to anything and the family were given time to reflect and make decisions. The literature provided was very much appreciated and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble ,even now the process of collecting my Dads ashes there has been no pressure or time restrictions to collect, they are with me every step the way and I thank everyone for that. I would fully recommend Rosedale at Diss for their professionalism and compassion.
