The death of the love of my life has been the most difficult experience of my life, but I must say that the staff at Rackhams couldn’t have been kinder, more professional or helpful, thereby making the whole thing a lot easier than I’d have expected. From giving me as much time as I needed to sit with Christina to the respect they showed for her body and the professionalism with which they talked me through options. Nothing was too big a hurdle so we got everything we needed to make it a special send off that. Ours be shared with friends and family the world over.

We were very impressed with the friendly, compassionate way in which we were treated by Gemma and Madeleine. If they weren't sure of something they would say so straight away and get back to us , which was refreshing.
Everything went well at the funeral, thanks to their organisation. Gemma also made a follow-up call after the funeral to make sure all was well with us. Again, over and above the call of duty.
Thank you very much for making a sad time more bearable.
