We were made to feel at ease right from the first appointment. We were never anxious about any detail, the staff at Diss were so attentive and thorough. On the day, the procedure was completed efficiently and expertly, with the right amount of care and consideration and the minimum of fuss. 
We are extremely grateful to Gemma, Madeleine, Natalie and all the bearers and staff.

Dad’s funeral was arranged perfectly by Gemma, Madeleine, Natalie and the whole team at Rackhams. 
At a very stressful and sad time for the family they made the whole process much more bearable showing compassion and respect whilst being efficient. Everything as they had told us it would went to plan and dad would have loved the whole  day. Thank you Ann, Karl, David and family

Coop were amazing with Alan my father in law, he was treated with respect and the love he deserved. Jane Smith the FD was flawless, and I would recommend her to everyone. Nothing was too much effort and she was polite, courteous, approachable, friendly all in a very professional manner. I would also like to thank Madeline and Gemma for the care and attention to detail, they are a great credit to the co-op.

I arranged a direct cremation through Diss funeral care(inc Rackhams funeral services) and from the start they put me at my ease and conducted the whole process with kindness and efficiency. they kept me informed at every stage and explained the whole process.
