Paul was excellent at giving the right advice at a very difficult time and coping with  the awkward requirements which had been laid out in a will together with the extra needs of the executors.

Everything went very smoothly at each of our three services. All the staff were very professional and I have recommended them at all opportunities.

I would have really struggled without Julie at our meeting she asked lots of questions, getting to know Mary and myself. Where needed offered suggestions and guidance. Everything was perfect and exactly what Mary would have wanted and certainly more than I could have wished for. All the pressure was taken off of me at a time I really needed.

Could not have asked for a better service. They were compassionate, kind and understanding throughout, but also efficient and businesslike with the process. Their prices were reasonable and they didn’t ask for payment until well after the event which was extremely considerate. I highly recommend them.

I have chosen ‘Excellent’ because the funeral was very slick and well managed from start to finish. I was able just to wander down from my house soon after my husband’s death and meet Julie Jarvis. Julie was wonderful at helping me through the whole process at a very difficult time. On the day of the funeral all went very smoothly.  The journey to the crematorium, the way we were met on arrival, the spray on the coffin and the service held by The Rev’d Canon Paul Cubitt were all excellent. A great professional service.
Julie was very caring and understanding. From the initial meeting to discuss arrangements, right through to the funeral I was  kept formed of the process. She organised everything - the crematorium, church service , flowers etc . It was so comforting to know that everything was taken care of ‘in one place’ and I didn’t have the worry of having to contact individual suppliers .I was contacted to discuss the next steps and my wishes regarding how the service would run. 
Her professionalism was noted by those who attended the cremation.
