Emma phoned me a few times to let me know what was happening and is so warm and caring.  I cannot thank them enough.
The urn is beautiful and worth every penny as it is placed in my living room on displayXx

Sympathetic and compassionate. Natalie and her team made all members of our family feel as comfortable as possible throughout our interactions with them. The service itself was dignified and respectful In short we could not have asked for anything more. From the very beginning Natelie was fantastic, she was constantly in touch making sure we had the service we wanted. Then if that wasn't enough she attended the funeral and was there for support .

Natalie and her colleagues all gave my mother the utmost of respect, adding such nice touches as Natelie walking the hearse out of the street and down into the crematorium.

Such a professional company that has one of the nicest people as its front person.

From our first call, when we were just asking for information, to the final steps of the process, Natalie and Emma could not have been kinder or more helpful and we would highly recommend them.

As we had not needed to arrange anything like this before, Natalie really clearly articulated the different options to us and was not pushy at all. In fact, she suggested that we call a number of different companies before we made a decision and also told us the questions we should ask. This was all without insisting we provide our details to her. Her approach was so comforting at a time when we really needed support. The prices quoted were reasonable too.

When we decided to take a direct cremation, rather than a standard funeral, that was accepted with no issue and Emma efficiently booked us in and handled all the paperwork for us. It was a bit daunting going to talk about the cremation but Emma put us at ease instantly and made the process straightforward.

They were so kind throughout the process and Natalie even offered to pick up the ashes for us.

They are a great team and we would highly recommend them.

Every aspect of mum's funeral was provided to a very high standard. Hilda's family and friends owe tremendous thanks to the Co-op Funeralcare especially Funeral Director Natalie, Funeral Administrator Emma and all their team who were so kind and guided through the whole process excellently. The beautiful service was held at Margam Crematorium, led by Celebrant Paul Rees who captured mum's life perfectly. All the family would highly recommend Co-op Funeralcare

As a family we always felt that we were at the centre of the funeral director's concerns. The service was professional, yet personal. We always felt we could contact the funeral director if we had any queries, though so thorough was the service provided, we rarely had anything to ask.
