Natalie on the day of the funeral was excellent, kind, compassionate and professional throughout. There was a small issue of delay due to waiting for an officiant that was not requested, and stated not requested from the start. Apologies were given and the service ran well. Contact from Huw the manager next day to apologise was appreciated, on the whole however, the kindness and compassion from Neath Funeral-care out shone the issue.

Huw and the Team at Neath Funeral Care treated myself and the family with the utmost care and courtesy and were very sympathetic to our circumstances. They took the strain and worry from us by dealing with everything from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble, guiding us throughout the process. We would highly recommend their services if you are ever in need.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received, my husband had a lovely send off thanks to the help and advice of the funeral director Huw Smitham he was absolutely wonderful so supportive and so and helpful with every detail of the funeral,he took all the stress and worry away from me,at such a sad time and I will for ever be grateful to him.

We would also like to say a special thank you to Natalie, the drivers and pall bearers who took great care of our mother and family on the day of the funeral in the same way as the Neath Melin team.

The funeral director Natalie was extremely friendly and could not do enough to ensure the funeral went to plan and ran as smooth as clockwork on the day. You could not wish to meet a nicer person.
