Whilst the deceased had organised a prepaid payment plan, which took away much of the stress around such a time. What did need to be organised was dealt with in a kind and compassionate way, thanks to Pauline who was in the branch in Abergavenny

Abergavenny funeral care were absolutely fantastic. Pauline was our contact there and she was simply amazing. They really went above and beyond for myself and my family, were always there to listen or answer any questions we had, no matter how crazy. I am so thankful to them for making a very difficult and emotional situation so much easier to deal with. I feel they are truly a credit to their profession and I could not recommend their services enough.

Unable to conduct funeral arrangements in a professional way. Due to staff shortages, was contacted by risca, pontypool and Abergavenny and still not able to arrange with any empathy my daughters funeral. After 10 days of trying to sort out, I cancelled. Arrangements within 1 day with another firm was confirmed professionally and with empathy. Over 2 weeks later I receive letter thanking for opting for coop. They cannot even get that right. Do not go there unless you want to have additional trauma added to a very sad time

They brought our loved one home from London with very little fuss or problems.
