Many thanks for all your support on the day especially in the way you looked after us all.
A special thanks to Margaret who helped us initially and took care of how my dad was presented for viewing. 
Philip you looked after my Mum well on the day of the funeral and kept us informed throughout of what was happening. I especially liked the touch calling me the night before to run through the arrangements .

Thought funeral would be cancelled because of red alert for the weather ..instead it when a head with us and hearse being stuck on kirkhill , the hearse door opened twice , a grieving son and grandson trying to push hearse up hill !!!! totally disgusted by the way we were treated , not a respectful send off all .. more like a black and white comedy film !!! It was people coming out their homes n 3 workmen who came to our aid .also all of us could have been killed in that weather when this happened

The staff and service have been wonderful from start to finish - caring, understanding and respectful but at the same time not gloomy. It has helped us through a difficult time but kept us focussed on the positives of my mum who lived to 94.
