Lorraine treated us with total respect, she talked us through everything from what would happen at the collecting of my brother to what would happen at the actual funeral, she was very friendly and supportive listening to everything we said, I would recommend Dalkeith Funeralcare.

Unfortunately my brother attending the funeral home and demanding having a cord made the hearse late as I was told the hearse would be at the cemetery for 12.45
I don't blame yourselves but when I asked your head pole bearer why they were late he told me that I needed to speak to my brother who was insisting on a cord.
We had planned as my mum's wishes were for no cords and I shouldn't have had to repeat this request.

From the first contact with coop funeral services we were treated with care and curtesy. When we visited the Dalkeith branch it was a pleasure liaising with Lorraine and any follow up correspondence was dignified and respectful. 
On the day of the funeral the drivers were very professional and showed great kindness.

My wife and I have unfortunately had occasion to use the services provided by Coop Funeralcare twice since November 2020.
We found each time that everything went without any problem. Furthermore we were treated with a great deal of consideration and sympathy. Lorraine at the Dalkeith office was professional and outstandingly helpful. A lovely person who is a a first class representative of her employers.
