My mum passed away in a hospice and from that day Gerry at co op funeral care took my mum into their care first meeting was organised for the next day and Gerry made the whole process so easy everything was organised for me and he answered all the questions I had everything my mum had wished for done. He gave me the contact details for both the florist and the printers they also organised for a photo tribute to be played on the day to music I had chosen. Gerry and the team were extremely professional and respectful of my mum. I went to see my mum for the last time and Gerry was there to provide me with emotional support. I can’t thank Gerry and the team enough for helping me through what is and was a very difficult time for me. I am so glad I chose the Co op Dalkeith as there are a few funeral directors in the area. Thank you again 🙏
