From the minute we meet all the staff at Owens with a heavy heart after losing my Dad I felt we had got the right people they were full of empathy, compassion and understanding. My Mums wishes were carried out with total respect and understanding including change of venue which achieved a beautiful service and befitting celebration of my amazing Dads life. Nothing was too much trouble at all and I would recommend them to anybody who has lost that special person they are without doubt the best team to look after loved ones final celebration.

Marie and the staff at Hoylake have helped us making the arrangements for my brothers funeral. They were always available with the answers to any questions we had, they made the sad time and arrangements bearable. The funeral happened as planned and without any problems. Many thanks for all your help.
