Very professional service from beginning to end.
Bernie & Diane had a difficult task due to unforeseen circumstances , and they dealt with the matter efficiently without stress to myself.
The other members of the team were courteous and put us all at ease on the day of the funeral, which was appreciated. The Co-op Funeralcare took care of everything, just what is needed at such a sad time.

The whole process was made easier by your professional staff, from collecting Dad on a Saturday, to preparing for his cremation with Bernie at Hoylake Branch, the to event itself with "Dave" looking after us on the day and finally to the collection of Dad's cremated remains.

Throughout it all, staff made it all a lot easier and their kindness was very much appreciated by all the family.

The only redeeming factor in this sorry episode is the honesty of Tony Williams. My brother Alan was not taken care of properly, somehow sustaining an injury to his forehead whist in the care of your company. If a living person had been injured in this way, severe financial and onerous legal consequences would follow. To be offered a paltry £200 refund is deeply upsetting and inadequate. I am now awaiting a more acceptable response or I will be seeking legal advice.

We as a family are still devasted after being invited to say goodbye to our mum in the chapel whilst the ceiling was collapsing overhead due to a leak which was supposed to be fixed. We were given a mop bucket with tissues in the bottom to deaden the noise and that's when the metal bowl in the ceiling being used to collect water in the ceiling fell through . Our poor mum was in an open coffin during all this , a horrific experience. The final bill was sent with no apology or any adjustment to take account of this appalling incident. Will never recommend this company to anybody as totally unprofessional.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who had their input at co op funeral directors for the recent passing of my late husband and father of 3. From start to finish service was superb under the circumstances and the stress we were as a family were left feeling very calm and reassured everything would be as we wanted and it was. Thanks to all the amazing staff, to Tony the funeral director on the day, for his special respect paid to my Dad on his final journey and for making everything run to perfection. To Diane and Bernie especially who have been so wonderful during the planning of my Dads funeral, their kind and caring support made things so special for me. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there for me during the planning to answer all my questions and concerns should I have any, and I had a lot. All their wonderful help ensured that Dads funeral was perfect. Their attention to detail, friendly and kind advice during such a sad time was perfect, and I can’t thank them enough for making sure everything was exactly as I had wanted. They really are such lovely and caring people, it was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do and I would not of been able to cope without their support. I actually said after the funeral that I would miss them both, I’d spent so much time with them planning this day.  I kept changing my mind on things, it was never a problem to just pop in and they were always happy to assist in all the changes, I was told, I will only get one chance to get this right so everything has to be exactly as I wanted and any changes were never a problem. The day was so sad yet it was also very special, Dad would of been so proud. Thanks all so much, I would highly  recommend you to everyone.

The person that was supplied to carry out the service for my father was very unprofessional, he got my husbands name wrong twice, he called my father Anthony when he had been told by not only myself but the funeral directors that my father was known by everyone as Tony, his first name isn’t even Anthony, he didn’t mention half the things I’d asked him to about my father, he kept pausing cause he’d forgotten what he was saying, it was a complete shambles and very upsetting for all our family. Even the funeral directors admitted it was an embarrassment to them.
