As a family we were dealt with, with empathy ,care and understanding.no hassle whatsoever and no pressure to add services on if we didn’t want them ,like hygienicaly cleaned /embalming 
The day went without a hitch and Dave and staff were so patient with us all

Excellent service and care. We have used Wallasey funeral care for other sad passings years ago and I always felt supported then so this was my first choice to make arrangements for my dear mum. 
Kate and Abbie were so supportive throughout the whole process. They listened to my personal requests for mum which meant so much. It was comforting that they rang to keep in touch especially with us having to wait 4 weeks for mums funeral which I found very difficult, but knowing they were there and looking after mum comforted me so much. 
I can’t thank Dave the funeral director enough. He was so kind and thoughtful and made sure everything went perfect for mum. 
Once again thank you for your care, loving words and support at such a sad time for us. The family appreciate everything you organised for mum.

Wallasey Funeralcare couldn't have been more understanding and helpful with our request for a funeral to celebrate Mum's life. They arranged a Celebrant ,who understood the type of service we were hoping for and it went off very well. I would like to thank everyone for giving Mum such a cheerful " send off. "

cant speak highly about coop funeral care from first contact when mum passed away they took care of everything, took a lot of pressure of my family at very sad time nothing was to much trouble, the staff at our local office where very attentive and caring even keeping in touch with follow up calls to check everything was ok. on the day of the funeral it all went as planned the celebrant arranged by the coop planned the order of service and music and managed the service for us i would highly recommend funeral care for your loved ones funeral

We as a family can’t thank wallasey co operative funeral home enough, and Abby, kate & Dave for all their help. In not just looking after our dad, but looking after us too in our most difficult time. Nothing was ever too much, we felt like we could ask them anything. Everything was highly professional, yet it felt relaxed and friendly. Thank you to everyone involved in the day of my dads funeral also, drivers included. They made sure everything went smoothly on the day and we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
