I would just like to say from the first contact phone call, we were treated with kindness, care, respect and compassion. From Dave the funeral director, Abby, Kate and Amy nothing was too much trouble and with us visiting everyday to see my mother they were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Coop Funeral Care in Wallasey.

The funeral director, David and his assistant, Kate were superb. Nothing was too much trouble and their empathy and sensitivity was very comforting to my husband and I over the loss of my cousin Jean. The funeral etc. was handled professionally by all concerned. Our grateful thanks to them during  this difficult time for their support. They are a credit to their profession and their employers the Coop Funeral Service.

My mother passed away in June, and Abby was the lovely lady that went through all the arrangements and what services i could choose.
She was fantastic even dealing with my Mum's partener who has been causing problems. Abby was very profesional and dealt with his rudeness.
Abby even rang as soon as i left to check that i was allright. I would highly recommend Wallasey funeral care for their kindness and help.

At such a difficult time it's good to have someone who can listen to what you want, explain all the different options available and more importantly, certainly from my perspective, can offer what is in effect a one stop shop. Wallasey Funeralcare were able to do all that and at competitive prices. Throughout the whole process staff were attentive, kept us up to speed and nothing was too much trouble. Everything that was happening on the day was fully explained and the support throughout was fantastic. The day of the service was stress free as we knew Wallasey Funeralcare had it covered and indeed went without a hitch.
I would confidently recommend their services to anyone looking for decorum and dignity.
