We cannot thank Abbey, Amy and Dave enough. From the moment my mum was taken into their care she was treated with compassion and respect.
From kindness and empathy when my mum was first taken to the care centre to the day of mum's funeral everyone involved with mums care have been wonderful.

We were able to visit mum every day, several times outside of normal opening hours.

We were guided through the whole process, given options and advice but never pressured.
Everything we wanted was arranged and accomodated for.

My mums funeral was everything we wanted and more. Dave was with us every step, from checking that we were all OK to keeping us informed of everything.

My mum was always given so much respect and dignity. It was truly amazing, we all felt so looked after and supported.

Word's can not convey how special Dave, Abbey, and Amy are. At what was the worst time of our lives we met the most wonderful people. We wouldn't have gotten through it all without them.
We will forever be grateful.

The staff at branch at the time of the funeral arrangement where brilliant and very caring and understanding answering all our questions .They liaised with the Priest to get an organist .

On the Day of the funeral Dave was excellent and it went without a hitch.

The most lovely , kind people I a have ever met , I felt so looked after from the minute dad passed to his funeral. They dealt with dad with   the upmost dignity and respect and I will never forget their kindness and support at such a difficult time .. highly recommend them xxx

Couldn't have been better from the moment myself an my son's met them.
They were thoughtful and helpful during all discussions of what we wanted. Then on day of funeral they were fantastic - really nursed us through it.
They were amazing during thus terrible time

The coop did both my step fathers funeral in June 2022 then my mums funeral January 2024, both were absolutely amazing and did mum very proud.
Service was fantastic would definitely  recommend their services

Knew I was in safe hands with Abby, Amy and David at your Liscard, Wallasey branch as they were so caring, thoughtful and helpful arranging my Mum's funeral the previousyear.
It was a particularly sad time as they had helped me with arranging a friends funeral a week before Dad died. Thank you doesn't seem enough, but it comes from the heart . They are very special people.

David and the whole team were all brilliant, they took us through everything with compassion and sincerity. Nothing was to much trouble and on the day of the funeral they all showed the utmost respect and we never felt rushed, they even waited at the cemetery for some people who got delayed. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough

The service received was excellent and the staff could not have been kinder.
They are now going above excellent in helping arrange my father's funeral. Sadly he died on Christmas Day.
I couldn't be in safer hands .

The service we received from Coop Funeralcare in Wallasey was outstanding. From the outset the staff treated us with courtesy and compassion and made exceptional efforts to ensure that everything went smoothly. This was the second funeral that the Coop had arranged for us and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending their services.
