Owens funeral services are a professional, compassionate, friendly  community based funeral company who helped to provide the most perfect farewell  ceremony for my beloved, late husband Dave. 
In my experience their costs are less than most other funeral companies whilst providing an excellent quality of care for those who have passed and their relatives. I am grateful for all their help and support-  thank you Lorraine, Alex, Marie and team 🙏🏻

We would just like to say a big thank you for the services you provided for the funeral of my brother.

Your professionalism, friendliness and empathy towards us was incredible. You put us at ease from our first meeting with Loraine, emails with Alex and the funeral service with Marie. You kept us informed every step of the way and kept us calm at what was a stressful time.

The order of service were beautifully done and such a lovely, kind, gesture on your behalf with the envelopes of ‘Forget me nots’ seeds.

I would like to send a special thanks to Marie for her service on the day. She was so thoughtful and helpful and made us all feel at ease. (I have also sent a note of thanks to the celebrant Andrew Deighton).

All of you at Owens made the whole process run so smooth and once again let me say how grateful we are.

Cannot recommend owens enough. From start to finish they were professional, caring and showed the whole family dignity in regards to my mums funeral. There was nothing that was to much to them. They kept in close contact right the way through from collecting mum when she sadly passed away right through to mums funeral. They are a very dedicated professional caring team at owens and would highly recommend them.

I would like to say a massive thank you to the team at Owen's. Never did I ever expect to have pick a funeral directors when I did, but they were amazing from the beginning. Stephen and his colleague shown so much respect for Phil and our family when they came to collect him. Karen who first dealt with us the day after was fantastic, along with Kenny, always offering us a brew and making us feel welcome. Jack keeping in touch with myself. Alex and Lorraine putting us at ease when going through all the information and sorting everything out for us, leaving us with nothing to worry about including Alex and Mike coming on the day and supplying umbrellas before the service. Andrew the fantastic celebrant who talked about Phil as if he knew him and Maria who talked through the service and lead us through the day.
I can't thank the team at Owen's enough.

I would like to thank everyone at Owens Funeral Services for the compassion and kindness shown to me and my family during such an emotional time. Even with the restrictions and rules in place, they still managed to help give my Dad the send off he deserved. The attention to detail was second to none and nothing was too much trouble at all. Can’t rate or thank Owens funeral directors enough. Nothing is too much trouble for the kind, caring staff. They make you feel totally at ease and help you when you need it the most.
The service they provided was amazing and they keep you in the loop as everything happens.

Owes are a truly professional family business. They are very compassionate, friendly and caring. The funeral arrangements were planned and no detail was missed, everything went smoothly from start to finish. The funeral was perfect, and the staff on the day were very polite and respectful. From the very first phone call Owens were there for me every minute of the way. Immediate response followed by caring thoughtful action and support. Highly professional and sensitive to every individual need. The kindness and personal touches were breathtaking. I cannot recommend Owens highly enough. Much less expensive than expected too!

The service provided by Owens is excellent. Very caring, compassionate and more importantly they listen to  the family’s wishes and carry them out with a high level of professionalism. If you are unfortunately in need of a funeral directors service then I highly recommend you at least visit their office in Liscard Village were the staff are very courteous and helpful.
