We can’t thank Owens funeral directors enough for all the kindness and caring attitude they took from the very first meeting, the journey to the cemetery and the service. Alex and Lorraine could not have done more for the funeral for my late uncle malcolm. They went above and beyond in their duty as funeral directors. They made the whole process feel very personal to the family in every detail from start to finish even though they acted very professional They made it very personal and we didn't feel like we were just another customer. From original contact right through to informing us that the life insurance had paid them because they knew my auntie was panicking over this detail they kept us informed. This is the second time we have used this family firm and would never ever hesitate to use them again.
