My first visit was very positive.  However, I phoned for a receipt to state how we had paid.  It went through to another office and I was told the message would be past on.  I never received and had to call in and ask again.
Originally we had organised to collect my Aunt’s ashes but completed a form to say to have ashes scattered at the crematorium.  I was very upset when I received a phone call to say the funeral home were in possession of the ashes and I could collect.

From beginning to end the whole process was made easier by the kindness, compassion and efficiency of everyone I had contact with. They talked me through the whole process and we're there to help and advise at each stage. They also ran regularly just to check everything was ok and to help keep me on track

Mike and the team at Moisters Funeralcare in Sefton Street are all so very kind and supportive. They guided us through every step of my dad's funeral arrangements, and were thoughtful, respectful, encouraging, compassionate and professional at all times. Losing someone is so very hard, but with their help we were able to organise a funeral service that was personal to my dad and our family, for which we will always be so very grateful.

Superb service from the start. All the staff are extremely respectful and very caring.
Communication was brilliant and no ask was too big or too small. We felt supported throughout the process in one of the most difficult times of our lives.

Mike and his team were extremely compassionate and thoughtful in dealing with my fathers passing. They were so patient and considerate; and treated  us with respect and kindness at all times.
They made this very difficult time much easier for us and I  constantly felt assured dad was in a safe, restful environment.
I can’t thank them enough. The service they provide is above and beyond and the care they show is sincere and genuine.
