The staff at Moisters showed incredible empathy throughout and were always available to answer any questions or concerns . In fact they were proactive in ringing regularly in the run up to the funeral to check everything was ok . I would highly recommend them.

We have always used Moisters for any family funeral. When my husband died I didn’t consider going anywhere else. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble . All the stress was taken from our shoulders. Alex who took care of my husband couldn’t have been kinder and Diane at the Ainsdale branch was extremely helpful. As were all the staff. The day was perfect and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

The Saturday that my Mum died was distressing not just because we'd lost Mum, but because when we called the number on her funeral plan, no one answered. After a number of unanswered calls to other numbers associated with that company, I phoned Moisters and they stepped in immediately. Their service was faultless: efficient and friendly. Two days later, my sister and I went to the Ainsdale office, and everything was arranged in an hour. In the following week, we had a visit from Ken, the officiant suggested by Heather, and from Alex, the funeral director. Both were kind, efficient and friendly. On the day of the funeral, everything was perfect. Thank you to Heather, Ken, Alex and Dianne for making it easier.

The funeral arrangements were organised and carried out very efficiently and with great care. Having unfortunately had cause to visit the Ainsdale office to organise several funerals, I was pleased to see Dianne in the office, She takes you through all the arrangements in a very straight forward and professional way.

From the moment I called Moisters , the care we were given was excellent. Alex gave me guidance with what the procedure was and what suited the family. We kept Mum over night and Alex arranged the time to collect her even giving me his out of hours number in case we needed to speak to him . Diane gave all the information we needed and went through the procedure very thoroughly and with care and kindness. Diane kept us informed of everything over the coming weeks making sure everything was what we wanted. Diane was at the end of the phone every time I needed to know anything and getting back to me when needed. The care shown for my mum and us , the family was excellent from both Alex and Diane. The day before the funeral Alex came to the house to explain what would happen with the funeral making sure it was what we wanted. Everyone at the funeral passed comment how well it went and how well we were looked after.
We used Moisters when my Dad passed many years ago and again it was excellent and it was mum's wishes that we used them again , we were not disappointed. I have been into the funeral home to thank both Diane and Alex for the care and kindness shown to us during a very difficult time.

They were caring & compassionate and extremely professional in every aspect.
The staff were wonderful from our first visit, arranging everything and of course on the day.
I would highly recommend their team & praise them for their attentiveness & professionalism at the saddest time for our family.

I cannot express how thankful and grateful I am to the whole team who looked after my family after the loss of my beautiful mummy. From start to finish they were absolutely incredible and their empathy, sympathy and kindness was boundless. Nothing was too much trouble even for the tiniest thing. My mother was looked after perfectly and the respect was clear from the start. Thankyou very, very much. Made an incredibly sad day go perfectly and with the upmost respect to all my family and friends.

Moisters Funeralcare, Ainsdale were very understanding in our time of sorrow, they were very professional and treated my family with dignity and kindness and the understanding of our grief. They ran everything smoothly from the flowers, the programmes, the fine details that comes with organising a funeral. I cannot fault them in any way and would not hesitate to go back to them, if I need their services again. In fact we used Moisters Funeralcare for when my mum-in-law passed away in 2017 and so I never had any hesitation about using them for my dad's service, because they always do a wonderful job.

Excellent to deal with starting from the initial call to them, through to the funeral itself of my mum.
