Charlene went above and beyond. Marion and her team exceptional. They all made a very upsetting time that little bit easier.

They clearly go above and beyond what is required of them on a regular basis and we are grateful to them for making this difficult time as easy as they could.

We lost dad in November 2021.
This was a very difficult and emotional time for the family.
However, Maz, our funeral director, was so sympathetic and helpful when we met to arrange the funeral.
She kept us updated on arrangements to ensure every detail was correct and as we wanted.
On the day of the funeral Maz was incredibly supportive throughout the day, which was was so appreciated.
Maz was professional, kind and caring. 
Once dads ashes had been returned to the Coop a few days later I was contacted by Rio. Again, the service was exceptional. She was very helpful, kind and sensitive while she  arranged a casket for dad. 
She treated his ashes with the upmost respect.
I am so grateful to have had two such lovely ladies to help guide us through this difficult time.

We couldn't of asked for better customer service from start to finish. At a time when I wasn't thinking straight, I was put at ease knowing that the funeral was in capable hands. They kept me updated at all times. They were very professional but also compassionate and understanding to what we wanted as a family. Cant thank them enough.

Rio at St Helens was fantastic. She did everything she could to make sure that my grandad had the send off he deserved. Nothing was too much trouble. Her care and compassion at a terrible time for our family, was outstanding. My nan is in a wheelchair and they were able facilitate various things for her whilst my grandad was in their care.
