. I am disabled and partially sighted so it was important for me that everything was made easy and stress free.  All my concerns and questions were quickly resolved very efficiently by the staff. It was also essential that the involvement of my mums church was important to myself and her family . It was all so professionally  organised  that both friends and family commented that it was all lovely  tribute to my mum. 

I have used Co-op Funeralcare,St. Helens before following the death of my dad so I felt confident I would again feel supported and helped through a very difficult time. Thank you so much.

We used the branch in St. Helens… Derek and his colleagues could not have been more helpful or caring - an absolutely splendid first class service. Having now read the reviews, this seems like a company whose corporate managers appear to be taking little notice of their customer quality reviews! However, our experience was five star without a doubt and we would recommend that branch to anyone.

Communication very poor with the original person I saw On more than one occasion I waited  all day for some information to be sent It never came This information had been promised by email on a number of occasions After my initial consultation I never spoke with her again She was always unavailable I think this  is unacceptable  when experiencing deep trauma of this nature Luckily Charlene stepped in and always did what she said she would do and to some extent offered a little bit of security The day before the funeral I was told I would be contacted re the arrangements for the following day I waited all day Nothing.  I rang the office at 4.30 Eventually someone rang me back around 5 and asked me who was going to carry the coffin I was devastated  by this and told the guy this had been arranged 2weeks earlier with the co op for bearers to do this.  I am very sorry but I found the whole experience with your company quite distressing and was quite shocked as your company had always had such a good reputation

The staff are friendly and very thoughtful when meeting with you to arrange the funeral. They are there to help and guide you through a very sad time. The Co-Op Funeral care was recommended to me by family and friends and they were full of praise.

My sister and I were really pleased with the quality of service we received from the Co-operative Funeral Service in St Helens.  From start to finish we felt we were dealt with in both a dignified and professional manner. Relevant information and options were discussed which made the process easier and resulted in a fitting outcome for our mother. 

The staff we dealt with were informative and diligent, and we would have no hesitation recommending the Services to other family members and friends.

I cannot thank Charlene at St Helens Co-op funeral care enough for her caring and professional manner. She did everything possible to make a very difficult time so much easier, and with her guidance I was able to arrange the perfect funeral for my husband. She showed him such care and dignity while he was resting with them - nothing was too much trouble, she is a lovely caring lady and I feel blessed to have met her. I would also like to thank Derek, our funeral director on the day - he was so lovely and respectful and helped to make my husbands funeral a beautiful day to remember. Thank you

We have used Co-op, St Helens funeral services on a number of occasions. My mums funeral was managed by Charlene. She looked after us every step of the way, explaining all of the options very clearly. At the initial consultation we didn't feel like we were being pushed into making decisions and we were given plenty of time to look at all of the options. The day before the funeral we had a call to check that everything was okay and to talk through the arrangements again. Everyone that we met was very respectful, courteous and professional. Even the driver had been briefed and was able to share some details about mums life on the way to the crematorium. I can't praise the team enough and would highly recommend them to family and friends.
