I felt that all the team were very empathetic towards me and understanding at such a difficult time. They listened to my needs, where my relative was concerned, and as a family. Fantastic and sympathetic organisation and a totally appropriate service. Although a Streamlined funeral, several attendees commented on the quality of the surroundings and proceedings.
Derek Teasdale was exceptional in his sympathetic management and organisation. He made the whole process very easy and ask wishes were well respected.
