I have so much gratitude to the company for the way they conducted my late brother’s funeral.  Every single aspect of it was simply perfect.  As a grieving family, it was so good to know that all of the stress of making the arrangements was being shouldered by the company.  Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them.  My brother was treated as though he was a family member of the company’s family.  The funeral was exactly as we had wanted it to be, and my brother was treated with the utmost dignity.

The service was excellent from the very first meeting and all the staff were very caring and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again, hopefully not for a long time though.

Very kind understanding staff. Very patient and caring. Funeral tailor made for our requirements. Family member was in the chapel of Rest where we were encouraged to visit whenever we wished to. I was very happy with the overall service given at this very sad time.

I can highly recommend Debbie Bennett funeral services to everyone.
My initial meeting with Allison in the Rainhill office put me at ease as I had no idea what arranging a funeral entailed. She organised everything while liasing with me to ensure we had the best possible service for my friend, who looked beautiful in her coffin.
The whole funeral service, leaflets,flowers and the speaker were all arranged by Allison.
The director of the funeral- David L., the driver and the pallbearers were all amazing.
Thank you all for making a very sad occasion a nice memory for us all. Steve.

From first contact with Alison at the rainhill branch we were treated with the upmost care and kindness. Alison has a way of arranging things like your just having a chat which made the whole thing easier. All the other staff members from people passing through to the drivers on the day were incredibly kind and Debbie's whole team are amazing. After recommendations and seeing positive feedback,we chose Debbie Bennett to look after the arrangement for my late mother's funeral. We were not disappointed. The service was truly outstanding in every way possible. Each and every member of the staff was excellent. Mum looked wonderful in the chapel - just as we remember her. Alison was incredibly supportive not just as an organiser but also as an empathetic rock giving compassionate support through all the traumatic and harrowing emotions that accompany funeral farewells. Indeed,every other member of the team was very professional and supportive; they are superb masters of their craft and calling. It was a particularly nice touch to meet Debbie and to have her personal attention on the day of the funeral. Naturally, you worry about getting it right as we say to loved ones. We need not have had such worries as the team answered all our questions and meticulously planned everything to perfection. The excellent service goes well above ...  and beyond organising the funeral. The after care is magnificent and sensitively handles everything you could need to remember your loved ones. This is the 2nd time in 18 months we have used Debbie Bennett for both our parents funerals. From start to finish the staff are all excellent and serve with compassion. They almost treat you as family. Flowers, printers etc connected are all high quality. We couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend their services to anyone
