I have just buried my aunt Margaret and I couldn’t have had better service they looked after me and my family so well impressed with how Alison kept me informed with daily calls to reassure me and on the day of funeral I had Dave and John taking care of us and nothing was too much trouble felt I had known the staff at DB undertakers for years they make you feel part of their family, I couldn’t thank them enough.

We could not fault a single thing about how the team at DBs dealt with our whole family during this most difficult and upsetting time of losing our beloved wife/mum/nan. David visited us at home and set a respectful, dignified and caring tone right from the start. He was understanding, thoughtful and extremely professional throughout. Lois and the team back at the office were also kind, compassionate and reassuring when we were making our final plans for the day. The drivers helped us to relax on the very emotional day of the funeral and we are always and completely indebted to such an amazing team at DBs.
